Most of what a data request usually asks for, you can do yourself without contacting anyone.
Getting a copy of your data
Export it from your account settings. It's self-serve, so there's no request to file and no waiting on a reply.
Erasing your data
Delete individual results, or the whole account, from settings. Deletion is immediate rather than queued. See deleting your account.
Correcting your details
Your email address and password are editable in settings once you're signed in. See changing your email or password.
Anything else
For a request the settings screen doesn't cover, email support@magicshot.ai from the address on the account. We respond to data requests within 30 days.
What we don't do with your data
Your uploads, prompts and results are never used to train AI models. That isn't a setting to switch off, because it never happens in the first place. See do you train on my images, and the privacy policy for how collected data is handled.
