Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never touch MagicShot servers, which is why we can't look up or change a card for you.
Getting a copy of an invoice
Email support@magicshot.ai with the account email address and the charge date and we'll send it across.
Business details on an invoice
If you need a company name, address or tax registration number on the invoice, tell us when you ask for it rather than after. Getting it right the first time is faster than reissuing.
Duplicate or unexpected charges
Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full. See requesting a refund.
