Plans are month-to-month, or yearly if you took the discount, and you can cancel whenever you like. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
What happens to the current period
Canceling stops the next renewal. It doesn't refund the period you're already in: subscription fees aren't refundable once the billing period has begun.
Any credits still in your balance don't convert to cash. Credits have no cash redemption value, so it's worth spending what's left before the period ends.
Cancel before the renewal date
Renewal charges aren't refundable unless the plan was canceled before the renewal date. If you know you're done, cancel ahead of the date rather than after it.
If you were charged after canceling, that's a billing error and it's refunded in full. Email support@magicshot.ai with the charge date.
Canceling isn't the same as deleting
Canceling ends the subscription. It doesn't delete your account or your generated results. Those are separate, and you can remove any result, or the whole account, whenever you want.
