Two rules govern generating images of real people, and neither has an exception.
No NSFW content of real people
You can't generate NSFW content, including images or video, of real people. This holds regardless of who the person is or whether you have their permission.
No public figures
You can't create content that resembles public figures, including celebrities and politicians. This applies to work that isn't sexual or defamatory. Satire and commentary aren't carved out.
Photos of people you know
Tools like the couple and portrait generators are built to take photos of real people, and using a photo of someone else means you need their agreement to use it that way. Impersonation is prohibited under the terms, and generating content that presents someone as saying or doing something they didn't falls under it.
If someone used your likeness
Report it to support@magicshot.ai. A person reviews every report. Confirmed violations are removed, and repeat or serious abuse can end the account behind them.
