MagicShot wants everyone to be able to create with AI, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. This statement covers magicshot.ai.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is also the web requirement of the European standard EN 301 549 used under the European Accessibility Act. We consider magicshot.ai partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and the known exceptions are listed below.

What we do

  • Pages are built to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Pages use real headings, landmarks and labelled controls so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Images carry text alternatives, and purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Layouts reflow to a 320 pixel wide screen, which is 400% zoom, without horizontal scrolling.
  • Animation is reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Optional cookies are off until you choose, and the cookie controls work with a keyboard and screen reader.

Known limitations

  • Some community and gallery images were created by other users, and their text alternatives can be generic.
  • Some example videos that show generated results do not have captions or audio description.
  • Some older blog posts may have images without full descriptions. We are reviewing them.

We check the site with automated accessibility tests and manual keyboard testing, and we fix issues as we find them.

If something on MagicShot does not work for you, email support@magicshot.ai with the subject line "Accessibility", or use our contact form. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply within 2 business days, and if you need the content in another format we will provide it.

Enforcement

If you are in the European Union and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the authority responsible for enforcing the European Accessibility Act in your country.
