Email support@magicshot.ai. Appeals are reviewed by a person who weighs the context before acting, so explain what you were trying to make and why you think the decision was wrong.
What to include
- The email address on your account
- What you were generating, and the prompt if you still have it
- Roughly when it happened
- Why you believe it doesn't fall under the prohibited categories
How appeals work
- File within 14 days of the decision you're appealing.
- Removed content stays removed while the review happens, and suspensions run their course unless the review overturns them.
- Each decision gets one appeal. The outcome of that review is final.
- If the review finds a blocked generation was a false positive, the withheld 50% of its credits is restored in full.
What can change
Where the review shows the decision was wrong, it's reversed: content is restored, withheld credits come back, and suspensions are lifted. Confirmed violations stand, so the content stays removed, withheld credits are final, and repeat or serious abuse can end the account. Every appeal is weighed by a person, not a script, and the decision after that review is final.
