Most of what I write here comes from problems I hit in production wrangling diffusion models into usable headshots, killing the prompt that keeps generating six-fingered hands, getting a video pipeline to hold character consistency across cuts. I test every workflow before I publish it. If a model or parameter doesn't do what the marketing claims, I'll tell you. No fluff just what works and what breaks.
