What is LTX 2.5?
LTX 2.5 is the latest video model from Lightricks, the team behind the LTX family. It reads a text prompt or a single uploaded image and returns finished video with sound already in place. On MagicShot, LTX 2.5 runs as part of your paid plan, so you get a clip without a camera, a crew, or an editing timeline.
This is the speed-optimized variant of LTX 2.5. It suits rapid iteration and high-volume work, like testing ten hooks for one ad before you commit to a direction.
Text-to-video and image-to-video in one model
Describe a scene and LTX 2.5 builds it from scratch. Upload a product shot, a portrait, or an illustration instead, and it animates that frame. You can also hand it a start frame and an end frame and let it fill the motion between them. That is frame interpolation, a way to make a clip begin and finish exactly where you need it.
Audio made with the picture
LTX 2.5 generates video and audio in a single pass, so dialogue, footsteps, and room tone land on the right frames. That removes the separate sound design pass most AI clips still need. Switch audio off when you want a silent version for feeds that autoplay muted.
Length, resolution, and aspect
Up to 20 seconds in one clip, with longer-than-10-second runs at 720p or 1080p and 24 or 25 FPS.
4K resolution when you need the extra detail for a finished cut.
Up to 10 seconds at 48 or 50 FPS for smoother motion.
Portrait and landscape, so one idea covers Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
MP4 output with the synchronized audio embedded.
Native multishot scenes
One LTX 2.5 generation can produce several connected shots. Character, environment, lighting, and voice hold across the cuts. A three-shot sequence reads as one scene instead of three clips stapled together.
Who reaches for it
Sellers use it to turn a single packshot into a 15-second product demo. Social teams use it for hook variations they can post the same afternoon. Filmmakers use it to block out a sequence before booking anything, then push the keeper to 4K.
